This meeting room is available for booking for current grant-holders only
This is a self-serviced meeting room and the nominated organiser must arrive at least 30 minutes before the meeting start time for a briefing about the space available, health and safety requirements, set-up of the meeting room including preparing of the refreshments, and to meet and greet all participants.
The nominated organiser must also ensure the room is cleared at the end of the meeting.
Please note that the meeting room cannot be used for job interviews.
Once our Trustees have approved a grant, we will write to you outlining the terms and conditions, what we need in terms of reports and how we will make payments.
